Blue Laced Red Wyandotte

These chickens have a broad, rounded body shape and rich mahogany plumage with blue lacing. The blue gene can color the plumage in three shades: blue, splash, and black. Blue feathers are charcoal gray with red outlines, splash feathers are white or pale gray with red trim, and black feathers are mahogany red with black lacing. Blue Laced Red Wyandottes also have red wattles, combs, and earlobes, and unique red eyes. These chickens are docile, friendly, and sociable, and they enjoy the company of humans.
